Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Develop and implement programs to promote positive behavior, conflict resolution, and mental health and well-being.
Assist students with educational and career planning, helping them build strong study habits and self-confidence.
Serve as a key resource for staff and families, offering strategies and resources tailored to student needs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for empowering students to reach their full potential in all aspects of their education and personal growth.
