Cross Country is partnering with Maricopa Unified School District seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual School Psychologist (Spanish/English) to join our team ASAP. As a School Psychologist, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to support academic success, social-emotional well-being, and compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

This is a full-time position offering benefits and 401 K, available on school days, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person Only
Start Date: December 9, 2024, or January 6, 2025
Schedule:7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Days per Week: 5
Hours per Week:(40 hours per week)
Compensation: $65 per hour / $750.00 Sign on Bonus.
Estimated Annual Salary: $84,000 - $104,200

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments.
Providing counseling and support services to students.
Collaborating with teachers and parents to develop intervention plans.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state education laws.
Assisting in crisis intervention and prevention programs.
Supporting bilingual students and families in navigating educational challenges.

Requirements

Arizona Licensed School Psychologist (Active License Required)
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Experience working in a school setting preferred.

Caseload Details: To be discussed during the interview process.
