The Behavior Intervention Implementers (BIIs) will provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to students.

- This role involves assisting students who present with challenging behaviors, collaborating with school staff, and supporting IEP goals through the implementation of behavior intervention programs.
- This School district is looking for candidates who are reliable, responsible and hard working.
- Candidates with patients and who demonstrate a sense of reliability for the students and for the school.
- We are looking for candidates with reliable transportation to get to work every day, candidates who will be able to show up for work every day and give the students the consistency they need to succeed.
- The BII will work collaboratively with school staff to modify curriculum and implement behavior management strategies to achieve IEP goals.
- Responsibilities include assisting students with activities of daily living, including toileting, and providing patient, sensitive, and positive guidance.

Caseload Details:
- Case #1: Middle school student exhibiting head-banging behavior (helmet worn). The BII will partner with an experienced district BII.
- Case #2: Middle school student with mild behavioral challenges.
- Cases #3 and #4: Potential elementary school assignments with students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges.
- Provide direct behavioral intervention under the direction of school staff.
- Utilize ABA techniques to support positive behavior change and meet IEP goals.
- Record and document student behavior and progress accurately.
- Assist students with toileting and provide physical support as needed.
- Ensure safety and apply appropriate behavioral and classroom management techniques.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.A. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in ABA.
- Training: Completion of at least a 40-hour seminar/workshop in ABA.
- Knowledge of ABA techniques, child development, and classroom behavior strategies.
- Strong English language proficiency (oral and written) and effective record-keeping skills.
- Physical assistance and toileting training required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Completion of a minimum 40-hour seminar or workshop training in ABA
- Proficiency in classroom behavior management strategies and child development concepts
- Knowledge of ABA techniques and safety procedures
- Strong English language skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in record-keeping and operation of standard office equipment
- Experience with toileting support is required
- Minimum of 40-hour ABA training certification required
