Job Overview

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Tier 3 Support Paraprofessionals to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work alongside teachers, students, and administrators to foster positive behavioral and academic growth in our Pre-K to 8th-grade classrooms. This position involves providing behavioral and instructional support tailored to students’ unique needs and upholding the schools' inclusive, respectful school culture.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with teachers and students to promote a positive and productive learning environment.
Provide personalized, Tier 3 behavioral and instructional support for students with academic or behavioral challenges.
Adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning and behavioral needs in various classroom settings.
Maintain open, collaborative communication with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive support.

Qualifications

Educational Requirement:
- Associate Degree (AA) and High School Diploma/GED, OR
- Passing score on the ParaPro Exam.
Experience: Knowledge of instructional methods, behavioral support, and general classroom support practices.

Additional Details

Schedule: 6-7 hours per day (1/2-hour unpaid lunch break).
Duration: Start immediately and continue through June 13, 2025.
In-Person Requirement: This role is on-site and requires daily presence.
