Position: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Caseload: Small group, Preschool through 5th grade at one elementary site
Location: Millbrae, California
Dates: ASAP - May 30, 2025
Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7 billable hours/day, 30-min unpaid lunch)
Rate: $52-$63/hr
Responsibilities:
As an on-campus SLP, you'll work with a manageable caseload of 45 students, including both preschool and K-5 SDC classes. Your expertise will help drive progress on IEP goals through engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions. Responsibilities include:
* Case management, IEP facilitation, and assessments
* Running Social and Lunch Bunch groups weekly
* Collaborating with specialists to provide MTSS support
* Overseeing AAC/AT needs, training staff on AAC tools
Requirements:
Required: CA SLP License, CTC credential (or willingness to obtain), driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Preferred: Minimum 2 years school-based experience, bilingual (Spanish), and experience with social group facilitation
