Cross Country Education partners with K-12 schools nationally to provide staffing services and solutions. We’re looking for a qualified Special Education Paraprofessional in La Mesa, CA.

Job Details:
  • Dates: November 11, 2024, to June 17, 2025
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • Caseload: 1:1 Student, Deaf 
Requirements:
  • Valid CA. license and/or certifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Moderate/ Fluent Level of confidence with ASL (American Sign Language) – REQUIRED
  • Candidate should hold an associate degree or 2 years of college credit or its equivalent              (i.e. Paraprofessional Assessment).
  • Student is deaf but has limited signing, but we want to give him the signs for what he is being asked to do
  • For the purposes of the student, they need a moderate level of confidence with ASL
