Cross Country Education is seeking Paraprofessionals in the Gilroy and Watsonville areas. We are looking for Paras to assist in classroom instruction, implement accommodations and support student growth following student Individualized Education Plans, and work collaboratively with fellow staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diploma or equivalent (GED) and Paraprofessional Certificate - OR -
HS diploma or equivalent (GED) and Associate's degree or Higher
Previous hands-on experience as Paraprofessional
Familiarity with Individualized Education Plan implementation
Positive attitude
Passion for education
