Position Details:

• Location: Long Beach, CA
• Client: LPV/LVN
• Start Date: December 2, 2024
• End Date: June 13, 2025
• Duration: 27 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (35 hours/week)

Caseload Information:

• Provide 1:1 care for a female elementary student with chronic respiratory failure, G-tube dependence, spasticity, dystonia, and seizure precautions.
• Responsibilities include administering medication (Distat), supporting the student during bus transportation (pickup at 6:30 or 7 AM, drop-off at 3 PM), and assisting in the health office when the student is absent (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM).

Requirements:

• Active LVN license
• Experience in pediatric care, G-tube management, and handling seizure precautions preferred
• Ability to administer medication and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: Based on experience
