Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (35 hours/week)

Position Overview
We are seeking three dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support preschool and daycare locations in the Wilson/Wyomissing/Mohnton area, as well as Boyertown. This role combines both community-based services in the Exeter/Daniel Boone area and classroom days, working with children in daycares, preschools, and through community referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy to children within preschool and daycare environments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
• Document progress, update treatment goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with PA DOE standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and staff to ensure continuity of care and support children’s development in speech and language skills.

Qualifications

• License: Active PA Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Certification: Department of Education (DOE) certification in Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Prior experience with early childhood populations in educational or daycare settings is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with a compassionate approach to supporting children’s development.
