Locations: Boyertown, Wilson/Wyomissing/Mohnton, Exeter/Daniel Boone area in PA
Pay Rate: Based on experience

Start Date: December 2, 2024
End Date: June 13, 2025 (with possible extension to ESY)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (35 hours/week)
Position Overview
We are seeking three dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support preschool and daycare locations in the Wilson/Wyomissing/Mohnton area, as well as Boyertown. This role combines both community-based services in the Exeter/Daniel Boone area and classroom days, working with children in daycares, preschools, and through community referrals.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy to children within preschool and daycare environments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
- Document progress, update treatment goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with PA DOE standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and staff to ensure continuity of care and support children’s development in speech and language skills.
Qualifications
- License: Active PA Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Certification: Department of Education (DOE) certification in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: Prior experience with early childhood populations in educational or daycare settings is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with a compassionate approach to supporting children’s development.
