Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a split assignment to support two elementary schools in Anaheim, CA. The role includes providing 1:1 care to a student at Franklin Elementary as well as health office support at Mann Elementary. The schedule will be determined upon start, aligning with each school's core hours.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Student Care at Franklin Elementary (7:30 am - 2:00 pm): Provide personalized medical support and care for a student, including administering medication, monitoring health status, and ensuring safety throughout the school day.
• Health Office Support at Mann Elementary (8:10 am - 2:40 pm): Assist with health office duties including managing daily student health needs, maintaining medical records, addressing minor injuries, and responding to health emergencies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for individual student care and school health office activities.
• Communication: Work closely with parents, teachers, and school administration to coordinate and provide cohesive student care.

Qualifications

• License: Valid LVN License in California required.
• Experience: Prior experience with pediatric or school-based nursing is preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and capability to provide compassionate care to young students.
